Rates
Our rates are in Mexican pesos and include 16% sales tax and 2% lodging tax. All rates are subject to change without prior notice. Our high-season rates apply for the following dates:

* Pope's Visit (From Thursday 22 to Monday March 26, 2012)
* Holy Week
* Fiestas Patrias (September 15th to 17th).
* October (International Cervantino Festival).
* December 17- 2 of January 2013 

Arrival Policy

1.-We  thank our guests by booking notified if your arrival is later than 19hrs. Otherwise the room becomes available.

2.-If the reservation is 2 nights onwards:

If the gest does not arrive the 1st. Night and we have no written notice (via mail) of your arrival, automatically your reservation will be canceled.

High Season 
During the high season, we require a bank deposit 20 days before your arrival, in order to guarantee your reservation.

CANCELLATIONS POLICY:

High season CANCELLATIONS.
15 days before your arrival: no charge applies.
14 to 11 days before your arrival: 50% charge.
10 days before your arrival: 70% charge.

Low season CANCELLATIONS.
11 days before your arrival: no charge.
10 to 6 days before your arrival: 50% charge.
5 days before your arrival: 70% charge.

Deposit
To reserve your room, a deposit of 50% of the total cost of your stay is required.

Forms of Payment
Deposits can be made to our checking account. We'll give you the exact information you need to make the deposit once we confirm the room you wish to reserve is available. We accept all major credit cards except American Express. We are unable to accept personal checks.

Check-In
Check-in is at 3 p.m. Special arrangements can be made for guests who arrive late.

Check-Out
Check-out is at 1 p.m. After 1:30, an additional night's charge will apply. If you'd like, we can store your luggage after you've checked-out while you go shopping or sightseeing.

Occupancy
Occupancy is limited to a maximum of four adults (subject to availability and room type).

Additional Adults
Room rates are for double occupancy. For additional guests above the age of 11, a charge of $500.00 pesos per night will apply during low season, and $600.00 pesos during high season. 

Children
Children are very welcome at our hotel. No charge applies for children under 3 years of age. For children 3 to 10, there is a charge of $400 pesos per night during low season, and $500 pesos during high season. 11 and older $ 500.00 $ 600.00 pesos season high season.

Pets
We do not allow pets at this time.

Smoking
Out of respect for the other guests at our hotel, smoking is only permitted in areas or rooms specifically designated as smoking areas.
