High season CANCELLATIONS.
15 days before your arrival: no charge applies.
14 to 11 days before your arrival: 50% charge.
10 days before your arrival: 70% charge.
Low season CANCELLATIONS.
11 days before your arrival: no charge.
10 to 6 days before your arrival: 50% charge.
5 days before your arrival: 70% charge.
Deposit
To reserve your room, a deposit of 50% of the total cost of your stay is required.
Forms of Payment
Deposits can be made to our checking account. We'll give you the exact information you need to make the deposit once we confirm the room you wish to reserve is available. We accept all major credit cards except American Express. We are unable to accept personal checks.
Check-In
Check-in is at 3 p.m. Special arrangements can be made for guests who arrive late.
Check-Out
Check-out is at 1 p.m. After 1:30, an additional night's charge will apply. If you'd like, we can store your luggage after you've checked-out while you go shopping or sightseeing.
Occupancy
Occupancy is limited to a maximum of four adults (subject to availability and room type).
Additional Adults
Room rates are for double occupancy. For additional guests above the age of 11, a charge of $350.00 pesos per night will apply during low season, and $450.00 pesos during high season.
Children
Children are very welcome at our hotel. No charge applies for children under 3 years of age. For children 3 to 11, there is a charge of $250 pesos per night during low season, and $350 pesos during high season.
Pets
We do not allow pets at this time.
Smoking
Out of respect for the other guests at our hotel, smoking is only permitted in areas or rooms specifically designated as smoking areas.
